A mix of 38 two- to five-bedroom townhomes offered for sale will be located just behind the hotel along Salmon Avenue and Fox Street. The revised design draws from classic Tahoe style, introducing more visual breaks and open spaces between buildings to complement the character of Kings Beach. Each townhome includes a private two-car garage accessed from the rear, creating a more welcoming, pedestrian-friendly streetscape.

As part of these improvements, the project will replace the 21 existing undersized on-street spaces (18 on Salmon) with 29 standard-size stalls, including 2 ADA-compliant spaces where none currently exist, increasing capacity and bringing the parking supply up to modern accessibility and sizing standards.
